Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction

1.1  By becoming a member of Jump you accept the terms as set out below. Jump is operated by Green Rewards Limited.

1.2   For more information about your account please contact us on 0207 326 5055 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm), via email at info@teamjump.co.uk or via post at 141 – 147 Acre Lane, London, SW2 5UA. We aim to respond to written enquiries within 3 working days.

  1. Joining Jump

2.1  In order to become a member of Jump you must be 18 years of age and an employee of the target organisation.

2.2   To create an account you must register through the Jump website, Team Jump app or by calling us on 0207 326 5055 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm).

2.3   In order to create an account you must have a valid organisation email address. Only those email addresses identified as belonging to the organisation shall be allowed to register for the programme.

2.4  Upon registration you will be asked to provide personal information about yourself (work email address, first name, surname). We will handle this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to ensure that any information you supply is accurate and kept up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account, cancel any Green Points earned and refuse access to the website at any point if we suspect that the information you provide is inaccurate.

2.5   We reserve the right to refuse membership without liability for any reason.

2.6   The named account holder is responsible for all transactions that take place on the account, for ensuring that the account details are accurate and that your account is not accessed by anyone other than yourself.

  1.      Earning Green Points

3.1   Through Jump you will be able to earn ‘Green Points’ for taking certain actions, as communicated on our website. We reserve the right to change the actions and the amount of points that you earn for taking actions at any point.

3.2   The specific actions, earning rates and frequency for which you can earn Green Points are displayed on the Jump website and it is your responsibility to ensure that you understand this.

3.3   For actions which are only eligible to be awarded a certain number of times within a defined time period, we reserve the right to reject the award of Green Points if you exceed the allowed number. You may raise a dispute about any rejections by emailing us at info@teamjump.co.uk. After investigating your claim any decision we make to award or not to award Green Points is final.

3.4   Whilst we will endeavour to award Green Points in a timely manner, we are not liable for any delay in awarding Green Points that may arise. 

3.5   Green Points are non-transferrable and non-refundable. There is no alternative and Green Points have no cash value. 

  1.      Winning Prizes

4.1   The prizes available to you through participation in the scheme are set out on the Green Rewards website and app and are subject to change at any time. We will notify you of any changes to the prizes available.

4.2   Reasonable efforts will be made to check the legitimacy of the points-earning submissions made by winning members. If there is suspicion that points are being earned deceitfully or incorrectly then efforts will be made to contact the member and adjust these points. 

4.3  You will be contacted via email or telephone if you have won a prize. It is your responsibility to respond to this contact in a timely manner in order to claim your prize. If you do not claim your prize within 2 weeks of contact, you will automatically be sent a voucher via email for the value of your prize.

4.4   There is no cash alternative to the prizes offered, and you may only choose your prize from the options presented to you.

  1.  Charity Donations

5.1  Through the programme members may be able to win donations for local community projects and charities. If applicable, details about how members may be able to win donations for local community projects and charities are set out on the Jump website and are subject to change at any time.

  1.      Email communications

6.1   As part of the programme, and in order to communicate with you about your participation and performance in the programme, you will receive email communications to the email address that you provided at sign up. These will include: service emails (registration confirmation, password reset, deactivation etc.) and monthly newsletters.

6.2. You can unsubscribe from email communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link featured in each email or by contacting us at info@teamjump.co.uk or by calling 0207 326 5055 (Mon – Fri, 9am – 5:30pm)

  1.      Maintaining your account

7.1   You are responsible for making sure that the information on your account is correct. You can check your account details and make changes by clicking the ‘My Account’ button in the top right hand corner of the page once you are logged in.

7.2   You can close your account at any time by contacting us at info@teamjump.co.uk or by calling 0207 326 5055 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm)

7.3   You are responsible for the security of your account and the log in details used to access your online account information. You should notify us immediately if you suspect that someone else knows your log in details so that we can suspend your account pending issuance of new log in information. We will not be responsible if any of your Green Points are altered by someone else in possession of your log in details.

  1.      Collection and use of data

8.1   The data we collect and the ways in which we use it are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

8.2   Any information collected from you will be treated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (2018).

  1. Miscellaneous

9.1   We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions and will give you as much notice as we reasonable can as to these changes. Activity on your account after such a notification will constitute acceptance of the revised rules.

The current shift of sustainability to the mainstream is accelerating at a pace and it’s exciting to be part of this step change.  The insight I get from individual participants in our client programmes is invaluable as it helps me figure out the best way to get our messages across.

My team and I use digital communications to recognise individual and team success, providing information in a fun, meaningful way that encourages people to take action. It’s about creating a feedback loop where people see that their actions are having an impact and this is very powerful in creating positive change within an organisation.

I am Chief Customer Officer of SumoSalad, former Chief Marketing Officer at RELX: Risk & Analytics and Founder of RAW Energy. Having worked in publishing for 20 years, living through the first phases of the digital revolution, I’m used to disruption, uncertainty and transformation. But through all of this, my belief in putting the customer at the heart of an organisation by leveraging data analytics has helped multiple brands innovate, evolve and transform. 

I’m a huge advocate for promoting wellness in the workplace which is central to our Jump mission, and created the award-winning RBI Living Well programme. Through my RAW Energy platform, I support business and community leaders to be more resilient, more authentic and more focused on wellbeing.  A regular contributor to marketing, customer experience and wellness forums, I’ve written three books including Success without Stress: How to Prevent Burnout and Build Resilience for Optimal Health & Performance.

I helped Graham set up Jump in 2011 and it’s great to be involved in such a dynamic, growing business where I can apply my specialism in corporate compliance to ensure we are meeting our statutory and financial obligations.  I am an associate of the Association of International Accountants (for whom I also act as a quality advisor) and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators. 

Alongside Jump, I’m a director of Cornhill Group, a corporate service business in London advising the boards of businesses in a wide variety of sectors including shipping, energy, media and aviation, and I’m also a director of a global energy trader.

Alongside Jump, I’ve been helping clients get their message across for over 30 years,
most recently as chief executive of Richmond & Towers, the longest
established public relations consultancy in the UK.  A Chartered Marketer,
I’m increasingly helping clients frame their message around sustainability,
particularly in food, waste and energy. The Guardian once described me as being
the “evil genius who got us all hooked on avocados”, a claim I don’t deny.

Since helping Graham get Jump set up in 2011 I’ve enjoyed communicating about a
subject where there is a great willingness among companies and individuals to
do the right thing,  but understanding what practical action to take isn’t
always obvious.

As CEO of Jump I lead a talented team of professionals committed to sustainability and wellness.  For much of my 35 year career I’ve been immersed in environmental issues, particularly how to engage people in practical action.  Previously I built Trees for Cities from start-up to a global, award-winning charity as its founding chief executive, and I loved developing new initiatives such as The Edible Playground and the Million Trees Campaign.  

In 2011 I set up Jump as I felt organisations large and small want to motivate action amongst their people around wellbeing and the planet, and a professional team dedicated to this purpose would help them accelerate their journey.  I’m also proud to chair the Reward Gateway Foundation which supports organisations and projects that address inequality and disadvantage, with the ultimate mission of making the world a better, fairer, safer and more equal place to work.
