The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service launches JUMP

The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS) has launched its JUMP pilot, an engagement programme to encourage environmentally sustainable behaviours amongst employees, as well as those that boost wellbeing.

In partnership with facilities management provider Atalian Servest, the six month JUMP pilot programme has been introduced to 200 employees at Glasgow Sheriff Court. The programme adopts a multifaceted approach to sustainability, addressing various behaviours for reducing environmental impact while incorporating wellbeing as a key part of the process.
