Launched in January 2018, the Jump programme, provided by Green Rewards, is available to all of its university employees and helps encourage behaviour change around staff health and sustainability.

University of Winchester rolls out JUMP sustainability and wellbeing programme to all employees
 
This January, the University of Winchester has rolled out the JUMP behaviour change programme to all of its staff to reduce carbon emissions and boost wellbeing.
 
Following the success of its initial four month pilot, the JUMP programme will now have a university-wide reach, with all 600 employees across the university able to sign up and take part in sustainability and wellbeing activities.  
 
Through an online platform and app, members of the JUMP programme can opt-in to activities they want to take part in, report their activity every week and earn points for their efforts. The activities available reflect Winchester’s sustainability and wellbeing priorities and include ...

Bournemouth University launches new health and wellbeing programme for all 2,000 employees

Bournemouth University is rolling out its sustainability and wellbeing engagement programme to all of its employees this January.

The new programme, known as Green Rewards, is launching to all 2,000 university staff as part of a drive to reduce carbon emissions and boost wellbeing at the university. The push towards health and sustainability supports Bournemouth University’s commitment to delivering the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), as each behaviour targeted through the programme contributes towards at least one of the global goals.
